Letter to William Chamberlain and letters of Tristam Gilman [manuscript], 1787-1820.

Include letter, 1820 June 23, Webster to Chamberlain stating that he receives many applications similar to Chamberlain's, but that he will be glad to see him. Also included are two letters, 1787 August 6 and 1798 December 22, Tristam Gilman, North Yarmouth, Me. to Ebenzer Gilman, Exeter, N.H., and to "Dear Child." In the first letter Gilman urges his young cousin to "devote your youthful Days to his Service," and in the second sends family news to a son.
